Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales and business development function for our scaffolding rental business. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, acquiring new projects, and managing key client relationships.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and rental targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and asset utilization.
- Acquire new clients across EPC, infrastructure, construction, power, oil & gas, industrial, and real estate sectors.
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations for major projects.
- Build long-term relationships with project heads, procurement teams, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- Monitor utilization, inventory turnover, rental margins, and receivables
Key Account Management
- Manage strategic customer accounts and ensure contract renewals.
- Identify upselling opportunities for rental equipment and accessories.
- Resolve client issues related to deliveries, shortages, damages, billing, and site operations.
- Develop long-term rental agreements to drive recurring business.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets, review pipelines, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure CRM discipline, sales forecasting, and reporting.
- Train the team on scaffolding products, safety standards, and industry practices.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10–12+ years of B2B sales experience with minimum 5 years in senior sales leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaffolding rental, construction equipment rental, or construction materials sales.
- Strong knowledge of Cuplock, Frame, and Tube & Coupler Scaffolding Systems.
- Excellent negotiation, business development, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM applications, Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Tender portals and e-procurement platforms.
